Checked on the bees, they are ok.
A lot of dead ones stuck in the entrance worried me, so I got the IR camera. Nice hot blob showing, so I assume they are ok. Past few days have been around zero F and below at times. Very cold.

Interested to see if it will help them get in and out any easier. Looks like it might.
