Bees out a little bit
About 57F for a high, due to crash later today. Looks like they were trying to clean out dead ones a bit and I think my wire is hampering the effort.

Four Pupae on the Ground this Morning
Hive activity still good. Honeycombs growing well. At least one of the pupae was definitely a worker given the eyes. But saw no worms, mites or anything on it, nor did it smell at all. Seems to be a question as to what's actually going on. Still seems like it is hygienic behavior. Killed one beetle on the outside of the hive, but it was small, and did not have those barbell antenna like the SHB does. I think it was just a regular beetle. Debating whether to inspect the hive today or just leave it alone.
