Blue hive dead

Took out honey, crushing it.  Sucks.  What can you do?  Treat and stressing them.  No treat and stressing them.

Bees are doing well

First orientation flights happened 1.5 weeks ago.  Colony is large, and building quite a bit of comb. Hope they have enough nectar.  The small yellow flowers around the lake seem pretty abundant right now. These bees seem slightly larger than last year's.  Not sure if that's possible.
